Cassandra Clare's Upcoming Book Release Schedule

Happy Friday Shadowhunters! Have you heard the latest exciting news from Cassie? There's an updated schedule of her book releases! If you're a subscriber to Cassie Clare's newsletter, you may have already read this in yesterday's newsletter. We're so excited about this news. Along with the schedule, she also talked about why it was changed (based on her publisher). We're so excited about this schedule. Check it out below:

We're so excited about this schedule. In her newsletter, which I'm quoting from below, Cassie also mentioned:
The publication date of Queen of Air and Darkness will be announced this November. I’ll be keeping you up to date on it. In the meantime, a definite date has been set for the first book of the Eldest Curses, called The Red Scrolls of Magic: March 5, 2019. (This date was set by my publisher and is unaffected by any schedule changes or writer’s block: it actually is rolling along beautifully. It’s just what they think the best time to publish it is!)
In addition, for those who are mourning Last Hours/Infernal Devices withdrawal, it looks like a new short story project along the lines of The Bane Chronicles is on the horizon, starring one of the most important characters from Infernal Devices and tracing a path through the stories of several of the Last Hours’ characters, including Anna Lightwood and Matthew Fairchild. I’m extremely excited to share that news with you soon!
If you're not a subscriber, I highly recommend doing so. While I won't share all she wrote in this week's newsletter, you can catch up with her previous newsletter here. Trust us, this is the best way to stay in the know with what she's got going on.

Cassie had also linked to a pretty accurate schedule from online, which is what I quoted most of the schedule from above. You can find it, here.

** About the picture above, this was also included in yesterday's newsletter (see more reasons to subscribe). Of it, Cassie said:
Just for fun, a glimpse at a work in progress by Cassandra Jean—Tessa reading to Will and Jem from her favorite novel!

We can not wait to get more of a glimpse of this novel!
