Shadowhunters' Valentine's Day Goodies from @CassieClare #Shadowhunters

Happy Valentine's Day, Shadowhunters! Cassandra Jean treated fans to a picture of Jace & Clary (here), while Cassandra Clare treated fans to a new snippet from the Lost Book of the White for Valentine's Day (here)

Of the image, Casandra Jean, and Cassie both shared:

Happy Valentines Day!
Jace and Clary. I just want them to be happy.
No one gets to be happy till the story’s over. ;) Then we dance!

Ugh, Cassie's response is killing us! We vote they all get happy endings and never stop dancing. lol

Here's part of the snippet from LOST BOOK OF THE WHITE, that Cassie shared here:

The two of them went straight for the bed, kissing and pulling and stumbling over each other, nearly falling over in the process. They tumbled onto the mattress in a tangle and clawed their way toward the headboard, hands in each other’s hair, on each other’s bodies, stirring each other to incandescent life.

Read the snippet in it's entirety here We hope you have a great Valentine's Day Shadowhunters!

Mundie Moms 8th Birthday Bash

Mundie Moms is 8 today!! Happy 8th Blogivesrary to us! It's hard to believe that 8 years ago today Mundie Moms blog was launched. What an amazing ride it's been. If eight years ago, someone would have told me all of the amazing things I'd be able to do because of my blog, all of the amazing people I would be able to meet, the close friends I'd make, the countless books I'd read, and that MMs would still be active, I never would have believed them.

If we could, we'd invite y'all over for a huge book party. The kind where we all sit down and gush about our favorite books, spend time reading, as well as sip tea, and indulge in our favorite snacks. That would be such a blast.

IF YOU WANT, JUST SKIP ALL THIS AND GO ENTER TO WIN......

Here's where I get a little sappy, because I'm still in awe over the fact that 8 years after MMs started, we're still going strong. I am so grateful for those friends who are apart of this journey with me, and just get it. They get the gushing over certain characters, and books, and don't give me the "I'm crazy look" when I talk about characters like they're real people. lol Thank you Sophie, Em and Shandra, for everything, but most importantly for the incredible friendships we have.

Mundie Moms is proof to me, that if you have a dream, and if you're passionate about something, no matter what anyone says, you can do it. Even as a kid, I always wanted to do something with books, and one day see my name mentioned in a book. I had no idea how I'd do either, but it's something that I always wanted to do. I will forever cherish the people I've met so far, the friends I've made, the experiences I've had, and the dreams I've accomplished, all because of books, and MMs. I will always cherish the books that I have a blurb on, or am acknowledged in, or am mentioned in the dedication, let alone have a character named after me in. These books are proof that if there is a will, there is an incredible, what may seem like, an impossible way for your dream to come true.

I am extremely passionate about reading. Growing up as a kid who struggled with reading, and still loved it, no matter how hard it was, I love what reading does. It not only takes us on adventures, gives us comfort, strength, inspiration and so much more, reading is power and it's knowledge. I LOVE being apart of something amazing. I love having the chance to promote reading. Both in the books I purchase, and the books I'm sent to review, and promote. I will forever be grateful to the publishers and authors who first took a chance on a no-name blog. Through the years I've made some of the most incredible friends, both in the publishing world (behind the scenes, and those who write the books I love), and in the book pushing world.... aka those who love reading.

THANK YOU to everyone, our readers, all the authors, the publicists, and everyone who's been apart of our journey. It's been an amazing 8 years, and we're so thrilled to celebrate this milestone. Without all of you, this wouldn't be possible. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Thank you for taking the time to visit our blog, and chat with us on social media, for entrusting us to promote books, and share our thoughts on the books we read. Thank you for taking the time to visit with us when we meet a various book events and author signings, instead of running away from us.
