Remembering 9/11 #NeverForget

"Even the smallest act of service, the simplest act of kindness, is a way to honor those we lost, a way to reclaim that spirit of unity that followed 9/11."
– Barack Obama

9/11/01, I'll never forget what I was doing at the exact moment I heard the news about the planes, and then watched the news in horror as the twin towers fell. Through the shock & utter heartbreak, it was amazing to see how our country came together. We were all one, regardless of race, religion & nationality. The terrorists didn't divide us. We UNITED. We became more patriotic, more proud to be Americans. More honored to hang and wave the American flag, in honor of all who died that day, whether by the act of cowards flying the planes or for being heroes when they tried try to take over their plane or ran into the burning buildings to save others. I hope today we can stand united as we take a moment to remember those who lost their lives 15 years ago, on this day. #neverforget ðŸ‡ºðŸ‡¸ #remember911
