Cover Love: The Harper Teen Edition

There's been a few recent cover reveals that have been a buzz this past week on Twitter and I wanted to take a moment to share them here on the blog. Check out the newest cover reveals for:

Courtney Allison Moulton revealed the cover of her last installment in the Angelfire series this week, Shadows in the Silence. I'm a huge fan of each of her covers, but I think this one might be my favorite.

Tahereh Mafi's Shatter Me has a whole new cover for it's paperback. Check out the new design! I think Tahereh summed it up best when she said, "it's strange. it's weird and beautiful and kind of unexpected and highly metaphorical in its representation. it's basically like the inside of Juliette's head. in fact, everything about it -- every detail -- is significant to the story". I'm normally not a fan of covers being redone, but I really like the symbolism from the story on the new cover.

I love this cover for the paper back edition of Liesel & Po! You can check out Lauren's post about it on her website here.

Speaking of Harper Teen, I've got some exciting news about their upcoming reveal this week! Harper Teen will be unveiling their sites EpicReads.comPitchDark.com, and StoryCrush.com this week! Here's a little bit more about these sites.

From Harper Teen

EpicReads.com is the new hub for all of HarperTeen’s books. We’ve also launched two channels, for readers who prefer particular genres. If you’re a huge fan of paranormal or dystopian fiction, PitchDark.com is the channel for you! Rather read about romance than werewolves? Then you should definitely explore the StoryCrush.com channel! Each channel has its own blog, contests, polls, quizzes and forums – so there are plenty of opportunities to get involved, win free books, & chat with authors!

Be sure to follow them on twitter at @PitchDarkBooks@StoryCrush@EpicReads and on Facebook as well. I'll post more about each site later this week here on the blog.
